Guito Ramoune presents Grand Anse and the other attractions of Petite Ile Reunion

Guito Ramoune, the mayor of the town Petite Ile near the south coast of Reunion island, has launched a fantastic website for Petite Ile. This website has announced itself with the objective of providing all the information related to the town of Petite Ile and its surrounding attractions in one area. This information includes news, events, as well as any other update that may be useful to the local population and tourists.

The launch of such a website is very useful as Petite Ile is far from a regular town in the small island of Reunion in the Indian Ocean. It is quite popular is there are a lot of popular attractions near Petite Ile. In fact, the town itself is home to the Domaine du Relais, a thrilling park where people can ride horses or simply go for walks in an amazingly lush environment. The Domaine du Relais is perched atop a hill right at the center of Petite Ile and actually cannot be missed, however hard you try. With so many things important to Petite Ile, it is not hard to understand why the creation of its own website was necessary.

Another extremely popular attraction in the region of Petite Ile is the Grand Anse, a large bay with a fabulously white beach. This beach, which has fine sand where people simply love to just walk around, is next to a deep blue lagoon protected by coral reefs. The Grand Anse starts at Petite Ile and spans over a couple of other towns and also offers a great forest that is more than perfect for nature lovers. This vegetation is often featured on typical Reunion island postcards, and you must probably already have seen parts of it if you have ever come across such postcards.

In addition to the Domaine du Relais, another exciting thing to discover in Petite Ile is the Course de l'Ail, a famous event in Reunion island. The Course de l'Ail, which has reached its twenty-first edition in 2011, is a race that begins on the Grand Anse beach and ends at the Domaine du Relais. It is very popular with a large number of participants and is a paying event, which means you need to pay an entry fee. It is a fairly challenging races, but its popularity has kept on increasing since its creation and there are always many people encouraging the participants along this amazing track.
